Basoko Arima mean forest spirit, esp�ritu del bosque.
Basque country in Spain is a wooded and green land and in its ancient mythology the forest and trees are so important.
The symbol on her hat is a Lauburu, representing the four elements of nature, fire, earth, water and air.
I�ve trying to make this work entirely with gimp, but at last I've tired and I've finished with photoshop.
I'm not sure about hours of work, because this is not a comission, just a personal work and I've used to work on this in my free time.

My last artwork, I've never drawn a dragon before that and has been very amused, I've studied some tutorials of other artists to draw dragons and monsters which helped me much. That's too my second semi-nude, I think the human body is beautiful and non obscene.

This fairy is called "Tximeleta" it means "butterfly" in euskera, wich is the Basque Country lenguaje. Her wings are inspired in the monarch butterfly. I know it's no technical perfect, but it's special for me, she has my daughter eyes. Hope you like, comments are welcome, thanks.

I did this picture for me and your eyes, just not for money, but to create something which make me proud.
I've worked in this picture a lot of hours and I'm happy with the finished piece.
Aingeru means "angel" in euskera, the lenguaje of the Basque country.

Gautxori is the spirit of the night in the basque country mithology. Everybody saids it's a black bird... I think she's a woman...like this.
